SAFETY
We take the safety of our guests very seriously.
After all, we created Mt Playmore to provide a safe place for children to play. Our Search for a safer, equally fun outlet for kids led us to the indoor playscape design that is at the heart of Mt Playmore.
Our play structure is not only extremely safe for kids, but also for parents who want to play alongside their children.
All Guests of Mt Playmore must adhere to these rules to play in our Facility. Failure to follow these rules could result in being asked to leave and no refund will be offered.
- It is the responsibility of caregivers of children to attend to their children at all times
- Their must be adequate supervision for all children. Mt Playmore is a very large facility and small children are easily “lost” when parents do not keep them under constant supervision.
- Parents are not allowed to leave Mt Playmore and leave children unattended. A parent or guardian must be on site at all times.
- Caregivers must explain these rules to their children and ensure they know what is allowed.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed, there is no exception to this rule except for infants being fed baby food. A nursing room is available in our Toddler room for nursing mothers.
- Socks are required in playscape at all times
- Socks are required in Toddler Room. No shoes are allowed by children or adults
- Our Toddler room is for babies and toddlers only (36” and under). Older siblings that come into the room may be asked to leave if there are too many big kids in the room. They are not allowed to play on the equipment or toys as those are weighted for small children.
- Mt Playmore is designed for small children (2-12 years old), older children who are here with siblings and friends must respect that this is designed for little one’s and must give-way to little ones in the playscape
- No pets or comfort animals are allowed at Mt Playmore, except for certified Service Animals. They must wear foot coverings to be in the playscape with their human. Please inform Manager upon arrival and we will assist in anyway we can to ensure we can accommodate the service animal and child.
- No rough housing is allowed. Families with children who engage in this type of behavior will be asked to leave if the behavior is not stopped. No refund will be given.
- No running in Mt Playmore
- All food must be eaten in the main dining area, no food is allowed in the playscape, toddler room or arcade areas.
- No drinks are allowed in the arcade
- A water bottle filled with water is allowed at Mt Playmore, however it may not be made of glass.
- No chewing gum is allowed at Mt Playmore or any other substance that can stick to floors and walls and be hard to remove
- Mt Playmore does not discriminate in anyway and will not tolerate any discrimination by its team members or Guests
- Do not enter the playscape with any knapsacks, purses, sharp objects, loose jewelry, pens, etc. as they are easy to get lost or damage playscape
- No climbing on the safety netting
- No smoking, chewing tobacco, vaping of any kind is allowed
- No Firearms or knives are allowed inside the facility
- Mt Playmore is a certified “NO HIT ZONE”. We do not allow parents to hit their children or children to hit their parents or anyone else while inside Mt Playmore facility.
- Appropriate clean attire is required. No clothing that has inappropriate language, curse words or clothing that exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin or which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
- Do not bring your child in to play if they are sick. We reserve the right to ask families with sick children to leave Mt Playmore.
- Any threats or violent behavior to
- A waiver is required to be on file for ALL people who are in our facility whether playing or viewing.
- We do not accept any liability for loss, damage or theft of items while playing. However, we do our best to locate any lost items.
